The reason I ask is, I can get Oscam only to work.

if you have oscam working just use that. far better

Support has long been ended for Mgcamd. Still works, but not being updated or anything these days. Oscam is the way forward.

1.35 was well old and told to use 1.38 on multi tuners,so oscam is next ,thats like getting told to stop using vcr:baby::D
