Probably OK the way you have it set

AAC encoding is used in the UK for terrestrial audio via your TV aerial. Some programs are broadcast in 5.1 surround sound but some AV amplifiers and sound bars may not be able to decode it so selecting downmix has to be enabled on the box. If set incorrectly for your TV/sound bar you may not get any sound, but you will not damage anything by trying.

AC3 is used in the UK for satellite audio via a dish. Again it depends on if your TV or sound bar can decode this. If not downmix (downmix = on)

The MPEG Audio BBC one HD Narrative is an option for blind or partially sighted viewers. A narrator talks over the picture describing what can be seen on the screen to put the actors dialogue into context for people that cannot properly see the screen. This option may only be availble on a few of the “main” channels and not for all programs on those channels.

many thanks - so I've tried turning the downmix off for everything and it all still seems to be working for terrestrial, satellite, movies and iptv so all good thanks.
