Uploading data issue

My xtrend box seems to be constantly uploading data , according to my ISP 89 Gig yesterday , no one was home , we were away , box and a tv were all that was left.
We’re on a 20Gig / day limit so it’s an issue at the moment

If you are not streaming out, previous reports like this also revealed that there was malware on the router which kept infecting the connected devices.
