Some Channels gone

Most of the childrens FTA channels are not working - am getting the follow;

C-itv & CBeebies: Service not found! (SID not found in PAT)
POP & POP+1 & Tiny POP, KIX: Tune failed!
KIX: Tune failed!

Havent noticed any of the others.

Any suggestions - all were working on previous IMAGE 4.0.26 but not on this new one.

Why do you assume that this is an image issue?

A. Some of those channels share a frequency and do not work during parts of the day.
B. Frequencies change. You need to scan from time to time.
B1. Do you have a personal satellites.xml? If yes, is it upto date?
B2. When did you last scan for channels?

Isn't Kix now called Pop Max?

Just a coincidence since i just flashed last Thursday - apart from that i have no other reason to believe its an image issue.

The FEC on 11307 changed a few days ago. Its not something that happens very often but it does happen. As regards the BBC channels - this is what you see after 7pm - they are only part time channels

Did a scan, did not resolve the issue.

I get an error " Service unavailable. Check tuner configuration" and then anther error pops up "timeshift not possible"

any ideas?

The scan does not replace the services in your bouquets. Select them from service list. copy the new working one to your bouquets

Himm, i've tried but cant locate tiny pop in the bouquet editor - am stumped

In which section are you looking? You have to be in service list for All/28.2. Not a bouquet.

Also you have to scan with the new transponder details.
