View Full Version : SF-4008 No Network connection despite the networkadapter is correctly configured

Hello!

I can't either connect and download "extensions" nor can I do an online image update, dispite the networkadapter of the Sf-4008 is correctly configured and works perfectly. Please note that the network adapter test is 100% successful! On the other hand I can connect to my FTP program and Settingeditor without any problem.

I have been testing several OpenVix Images

So the problem must be casued by something of the image istself.

You must have a local issue, no issues with the online feeds here. Can you test on a different router at another property after a new flash.

Hello!

Please note: I have tested an OpenATV 6.1 2017.02.01 and an Openeight 6.5 image using exact the same Netgear R6400 Router and network wire and "ALL" is working fine! No problem connecting to the feed, no problem doing an online update by connecting with your server. :confused:

Hello!

I'm sorry but you must explain me "why" I should have a problem with my Router or the internet connection at my home because if I use my Xtrend ET-9200 with Openvix 5 1 009 Release I do not encounter any of the mentioned problems! The problem can only be in the OpenVix - Image for the Octagon SF-4008 itself.
