Today the OSD is bigger than the screen. We don't think it was yesterday and haven't consciously changed any setting.

I've tried OSD position setup but it affects only the picture not the GUI.

Skin is ViXBMC_1080_confluence.

OE-Alliance 4.1
Firmware version: OpenViX 5.1.006 (2017-12-20)
Kernel / Drivers: 4.2.1 / 20171218

I know the usual answer is to disable overscan on the tv but my Sony Bravia KDL32 service mode shows only some numbers in green with no indication as to what they mean.

Anyone got a clue?

Hi,
it must be something different in your case. GUI Position normally only affects GUI and not picture. Are you sure that GUI is not affected?

ciao

Sony Bravia KDL32 Help Manual
Press HOME button
Select Settings
Select Display -> Screen -> then either Screen Format or Wide Mode (it apparently depends on country!)
then depending on what is currently set, try Normal or Full

Definitely. Adjust width then hit OK the picture in the preview window is narrowed but GUI is same size. Perhaps my problem is something to do with the confluence skin, I see that it is not in the downloadable skin list now.

I don't have a home button but I do have a screen mode button that selects "smart", "wide", "14:9" etc.. The problem is that I get "feature not available" when the sat box is selected.
