Hi

I'm using SilverFox0786 Bouquet and was wondering if there is any way to reorganise the channel numbers so as they reflect sly setup so BBC1 becomes 101 etc

Thanks

Mine are different, although that may be entirely down to me being new to this and configuring something wrong

ok start from a fresh .rar archive of the bouquets.

open dreamboxedit and navigate to the settings page by pressing OPTIONS from the top menu bar. now click the ADVANCED tab and make sure the option allow duplicate entries in (user) bouquets is ticked. once thats done restart DBE and load the bouquets as you normally would.

allow duplicate entries in (user) bouquets was unticked. I enabled this and tried again although no difference with channel numbers.

They start at channel 1 as earlier attachedment shows

yes and thats how there supposed to start as all channels before 101 are whats known as place holders, if you actually look at the image you uploaded you will see that bbc1 is shown as 101.

did you start from a fresh .rar archive of the bouquets before you changed the options in DBE ? because when you loaded them in DBE saved them like that, you need to start from a fresh .rar archive or it will not work.

yeah that because you didnt follow pheonixs advice

you need to delete the settings redownload them and start from scratch with it then all will be good

OK all working now.

I worked out what I was doing wrong. In my ignorance I was deleting the placeholders before 101 by removing the Coming Soon entry and moving BBC1 into Entertainment this is why my earlier screenshot appeared as it did.

Everything is now working as expected.

Many thanks for the help

a common mistake, the placeholders are absolutely necessary for the bouquet to operate properly and follow the sky channel lineup.

Now that the channel numbers are fixed the EPG is wrong.

What's the easiest way to fix this.

Thanks

Srub the above question. Ive realised thats how it should be displayed.

I deleted epg.dat from media/hdd and allowed content to be downloaded again.
