Use Image Manager option instead then. Blue button > ViX > Image Manager. Take a Backup beforehand and restore your Settings/Plugins at the FIW stage.

You cannot flash using Image manager on your current mage, it has been re-introduced on the next image.

Can you issue this command and post back the result please?

opkg update && opkg list-upgradable

This is not part of our image. Uninstall whatever you installed and you should be fine

The other option is:
Create a settings backup using backup manager
Download image from openvix.co.uk
Flash image using USB stick
After you flash image, restore settings and restore plugins

Where in root will I find this reference?

The other option is: using FTP client, go to /etc/opkg and look for a .conf file that points to enigma2tv.com, delete it. Restart, then try to update again.
