Crossepg downloader

Hi, when I try to use the crossepg downloader I get the error message 'Timeout for tuner lock' and the Epg will not update. Can someone please tell how to fix this so that the guide updates? Thanks a million.

Like the message, the tuner is if failing to lock. Check your feed. I'm assuming you have a working feed to each tuner.

Hi, thanks for the reply. No I only have a working feed to tuner A. Should I switch it over to tuner B?

Disable tuner B if there is no feed attached.
