Cannot remove narration

I cannot remove narration on some channels and its really frustrating.

When i press the audio button the only option I get at the bottom of the screen is

1 Mpeg NAR X

I dont see an option to deselect this

Please help

If you are using cable you need to update to 5.1.003 and the NAR affected channels will be fixed.

I assume I have to flash the update as when I tried a software update through the software menu it did not give me the option to upgrade to this version?

Depends what version of ViX you are running. If on 5.0 or less you need to fresh flash using either the 1/usb method or 2/couch flash via Image Manager.

he means flashing image from your box using image manager
