Some technical help, please.
I bought an Octagon SF 4008 about six weeks ago. It worked perfectly until Saturday. It is now missing some of the French Channels, namely those at 11509 H Eutelsat 5W. The receiver says 'Tuning Failed', though very occasionally a perfect picture will emerge, only to disappear if I change channels. The absent channels are multistream but other multistream channels on the same satellite work fine.
Any ideas of a solution?
