Help with narrator over channels

Hi All,

I have a problem with my ZGEMMA STAR H1, when I click on some channels for example sky action movies - there is a narrator who explains every step of the film and it is really annoying.

Can someone please help me out to Remove this because I don’t know nothing about the satellite boxes.

There is no support on the forum buddy for clone receivers. Have a play with the audio settings though...
