Disappearing EPG

Hello all
I’m having an issue with my epg I’m using epg importer on openvix and have selected:
All of Rytec general xmltv
All of Rytec UK Sat/Virgin xmltv
When I auto run the importer everyday at 9am it fully populates but by say 5pm most channels epg have disappeared causing me to run the importer again
Any ideas?

i had that issue months ago as something was corrupt and ended up reflashing and started from scratch and all working.

Are you only running EPG importer?
Is there a restart before the receiver loses EPG?
