SX88 English EPG

Just bought an Octagon SX88 and works well apart from 2 problems. Can't get EPG for 28.2 satellite apart from now and next which is a backward step for me at moment. Works fine on 19.2 and 13 satellites. Also can't find way to update firmware in menu, nothing showing in settings ment. Any tips would be appreciated.

You will only get now and next for UK EPG in a no Enigma 2 receiver.

Thanks for the help. Got a Formuler F1 here but not set up yet. Hope will work then.
