Et8500 problem

Ive been running my box for a year and a half just fine but tried an update. Ever since, when i turn it on i just get the xtrend logo stuck on and nothing else any help would be great.

Can you flash via USB?
You can flash a new image and then restore your backup once it's up and running.

It depends how far it boots....
But try to connect to the IP address with putty
then
login to root (no password)
then
enter init 4
wait about 30s
then
enter enigma2
the log will be displayed!
look for a crash indication or capture the text and post here.

It literally just gets as far as the xtrend logo and no further. Has anyone got a link of how to reflash ?
