Basically, i want to be able to browse the web via my box is this possible if so how do i do this than you?

Install a browser from the plugin feeds if any are available. Something like “opera” web browser?? Take a look, you won’t break anything by looking.

that's not there also I've updated the plugins section just now and still not showing ones you guys have mentioned is there anywhere i can download it and usb it to the box?

Your ViX image must be old. Update to the latest to get the benefits of all the latest plugins available to you at that time.

What do you mean by updating the plugin section?

i went onto software management and somewhere on there it said check online for a update it found 60 odd updates instaled thme restarted and i noticed new plugins was available just non mentioned

well the box had openvix on it when i bought it then i instaled wooshbuild if that helps
