Operating Temp - 65C - is this normal?

Hi All

QQ - have had a micro for a while now - always found it to be slow to respond to navigating the menu as an example. wanted to check what the operating temp of the box should be as the CPU Temp of our box is around 63-65C which seems a tad high.
