help needed

just recieved my miraclebox premium micro today flashed with openvix... went threw the setup process ..then i went to do a backup of image ..and says device ..there is a problem with this device please reformat it and try again...so went to information and about installed 1970-01-01..anybody help me with this also sent a ticket to support.....

Do you have a USB Flash drive pluged into the STB ? if yes then you need to Initialise it for the STB to recognise the flash drive.

As above for the backup error, regards the date, have you actually tuned to a signal feed? Do you have Ethernet connected?

Fully set the receiver up, scan & tune to a signal and the date should correct itself. The date is wrong because the receiver hasn't been fully setup, it will correct itself.

I think the date issue happens when setting up with no signal feed and Ethernet. Cant remember exactly.

OpenViX support is on the forum, not via WOS ticket system.

I wouldn't worry about the installed date being 1970-01-01 it is just linux format of a 0 date left from the manufacturer's or sponsor's setup. I have the same info on my miracle box. Just follow the advice given for the usb drive.
