backup manager issue

hi having problems trying to backup my settings so i can install a new openvix image. Running a vu+duo2.1TBHDD,twin cable tuner.No problem saving new backup image to hdd.Backup manager gets to 81/100 then times out.Any ideas much appreciated.:confused:

I‘m confused!
So you can either backup the current image or download a new image to HDD? ...using ImageManager
... but BackupManager fails to save settings?

yes thats exactly whats happening.No probs downloading new image or saving current image to HDD.But wont save settings in backup manager, very confusing dont want to install new image and then going through the long winded process of finding and putting new settings on the box:)

Are you able to post a debug log? This may show the issue
