Blind Scan on Ultimo 4K

I have a fixed dish now on 28.2e and using the latest Vix image 31 (OK, just seen there is an update to 32)

I seem to have lost Bloomberg HD. I visited the usual sat sites to see if they have changed SR or FEC, but they haven't updated anything yet.

So, I thought I'd try a blind scan. But I do the scan, it goes through 1/2/3/4 but get a message that it hasn't found any transponders.

Is it something I'm doing wrong or a known issue?

I've managed to use the Signal Finder and Bloomberg HD has changed to DVB-S2 11686 V 23000 2/3 8PSK. Manually added this to the satellite.xml and the scan found it. But might have been easier if the blind scan was working.
