Hi,
Im trying to reload my Vu Solo2 from scratch, and then IPTV
I'd like to reload the OPENVIX Blue Hd skin.

Ive loaded new image (31)
Downloaded the Blue Hd skin via Plugin

when i try to load via VIX section of setup, i get an error message.

"there is an error with this device, please reformat and try again"

How do i reformat? I tried Factory Reset with no change.

Reflash again with the latest image and start from scratch. Does your Solo2 have an internal HDD?

It is best to use the image support section for image issues as problems/solutions are usually the same irrespective of receiver. It also helps others searching for the same issue although they may have another receiver.
