Missing HD Channels

Apologies if this has already been answered.

I got my VU+ DUO yesterday and after a few teething issues I now have things up and working and am extremely pleased with the box.

I am using SilverFox0786 bouquet and I am missing all HD channels.

I have scanned several times but they don't seem to be there.

Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I was indeed using the wrong settings.
Uploaded and all is now good.
