Setting up Picons and LCD images

Hello All,

Just got a new Solo 4K which is great however having major issues with getting the Picons showing
I have done the following

Added USB drive, formatted then mounted
Created the following folder media\usb\picon folder
Downloaded from add ons as well as ftp'd some over from a user who did Virgin specific Picons
Rebooted

Still not showing.

Do i need to enable these anywhere else in the system?
Do i need to run a skin that has its own compatible Picons or can i use just any Picons with any Skin?

Looking at forum posts this should be a 5 minute job so not sure where I am going wrong

Yes. You have to go into the menu to get them showing.
Menu.setup.user interface.channel selection. Change show picons in service list to yes.
Menu setup.epg. Graphical infobarepg. Change service title mode to pic on and service name.
Menu setup epg. Grahival epg. Same as above.

To show them on the lcd you have to go to the lcd4linux settings and point them to your usb.

I would not use LCD4Linux on the Solo 4K or the Ultimo 4K if you want just picons showing on the front display panel.

Solved.
Ok i fond out that i must download picons from plugin meny.

I which folder do they end up then?
And can I add picon there or will it be a special picon for 4K

I think they are great, but I have so many satellites I can receive
from 75E-37.5W so I need many more picon.

I'm picking picon here http://forum.techneteuweb.eu/viewtopic.php?f=257&t=2267
