how to load image file on my box

forgive me if i sound think. but how do i start to load the vix image on my box.

i have done dream box with a web browser but cant see i load this vix image on.

my box has dream elite at the moment

copy image to usb stick. plug it into vu+. power off box and power on, image loads. thats it. image should be in directory /vuplus/duo/ on the usb stick
