Blue line across screen

Guys does anyone know how to get rid of this blue line across top of screen when playing movies through kodi. I'm using an Ultimo 4k. Il attack a screenshot 55051

Try turnng off the overscan on the tv (menu). could well be another reason for the line though. just a punt ,worth a
try.

That doesn't change anything. I noticed that I have my info bar to fade out after 5 seconds and when it fades out it goes away with the info bar but it just comes back a second later.
