Problem with cable?

Hello.

I Have a VU + solo.

IF I connect the dish directly to VU box everyting works, but if I send the signal through a cable in the communications box is not working.
The cable specs are: ited2 19vatc 1.00/4.5 class A 3GHZ ref. 2128 1628 m056. Can someone help?

No one in UK will recognise the equipment you are using in Spain. Hence impossible to give any advice about your communications box.

If connecting VU+ box to LNB it's easiest just to connect it directly to the LNB. If you have equipment that you need to connect to the LNB the best solution is to get a twin LNB. Feed one output to the VU+ box and the other output to your communications box.
