Best DVD CD Copier For This Problem

I purchased Nero for €35 but I'm a bit disappointed with it.
It won't "shrink" a DVD copy onto a blank DVD & it won't copy a DVD with menus either.
Is there a free alternative to be able to do both?

I never found a free all in 1 program to do this.

So i use to use dvd decrypter to rip the DVD to ISO : http://www.dvddecrypter.org.uk/

Then used DVD Shrink to make the ISO file fit on to a DVD https://www.dvdshrink.org/

Both software are free (or use to be) and easy to use.

DVD Shrink is an option, but is just basic, especially if you are going from a DL disc to a SL disc. ImageBurn is another option.
