guys i made a order on 11th and still not receied my items from 7day shop i'm still in comunication from them and here it is so far

That is not acceptabe an order paced on the 11th has ony just been shipped on the 18th not acceptable at all

what do you plan on doing about this

its all well and good you apollogising but that does not solve my problem of delay its now 20.01.2011 and it still not arrived and i feel that it not good service
and on top of that i had to chase you not once did you think to advise me there may be a delay



i just think its appoling service but im gonna get something out of em lol

On 18 th still not delivered. Although I'm not fused as realistically I always wait 14 days before complaining but hey I'm a very patient person, have to be when you do what I do.

well i just got in and my order is waiting for me so no harm no foul.

i hate ordering from there but sometimes i have to as they are cheapest

i just got some batteries and SD card yesterday

ordered: 9th Jan, arrived 20th Jan

i have ordered from them a few times and for me it has generally always only taken a week as bigup7 says they are the cheapest i got quite a few rechargable batteries from them

i dont mind ordering from them. it usually takes around two weeks for delivery so i tend not to order any thing i'm in a hurry for. i mainly buy usb sticks and other small items and shove them on ebay for a few bob more.
