Screen goes blank on channel zap for a couple of seconds

Much prefer the Openvix image on my Solo 4K box. However, on every channel zap, even streams, screen goes blank, sound goes, then all reappears and all is fine. Obviously an issue that can be rectified. Just dont know how to.
Must be someone out there that knows how to rectify this?

define "couple of seconds". 2-3 for scrambled services is normal 1-2 for FTA and IPTV depends on source.

Its everything, scrambled, FTA and even streams,

Basically, any video source, screen and sound stops and then re-appears a few seconds later and all is fine.

Really weird.

Actually, to define it a bit better, the picture and sound appears after zap, then goes for a couple of seconds and re-appears. As I say, on most inputs, although at times is not apparent on the occasional zap. Irritating, because other than that, love the image and the box

Video resolution for your tv maybe, seen that on other images, both sound & picture appears for a second, then goes blank, then re-appears....

Cured, disabled autoresolution and all is cured.

Bugged me for weeks that did.
