I am having issues with a faulty Edision OS mini Plus. It is not registering the remote.

I have update to the most recent openvix build to rectify the issue however it is still not registering. I know the remote is not faulty as I have checked it against another box we have and its working fine.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Ive opened a ticket, however it appears its annual leave time and it may be up to 72 hours.

Check menu setup system input devices. Check what your remote is configured to.

how would I do that if I cant access menu with my remote?

Use OpenWebIf on your computer/tablet etc

Thanks for your replies, the receiver has been RMA and I home to hear from WOS soon. There appears to be a hardware fault to the rear somewhere as the remote worked initially and once the usb and Cable input were plugged it started to fail intermittently.

Once I hear i'll update with outcome.
