I have attached the message i recieved. I updated tsmedia and now this happened. No plugins worked before so i thought may be down to needing updating. As you can see i was wrong:confused. Please help :confused:

You need to learn to upload Log files here, as a screen grab via a camera phone isn't really gonna get you any answers.

Can just make out that it is an error with TsMedia. See if there is an updated version of the plugin.

Got the same message come up again and the box automaticly resets itself :( ts media no longer works

What version of ViX are you on? Menu > Information > About. The latest version of ViX (as of today 19th Aug 17) is 5.0.025 if that helps.

A. I'm guessing you are on a very old image based on the e-mail on crash log.

B. I suggested you check for an update of TsMedia. You ignored this.

Mfaraj will fix the error if he is informed of it. However, you need to tell him.

Thats not much use either as ViX isn't on 5.1!!! Can you give the correct ViX image info please. Menu > Information > About.
