HD2400 Warranty

Flashed latest vix and now can't see anything on tuner configuration. Tried few different earlier builds, moved tuners (x2), factory resetted and still no tuners showing up. Maybe a MB fault?

1) Box was bought on Nov 2015. Can't remember now and don't have original box but IIRC there was 24 months warranty for Mutant. I looked into WOS faqs and can't find anything relating.
2) How to process returns if still under warranty?

If under warranty you need to open a ticket. You should see something on the WoS satellite. Also you will be able to see your purchase in your account on WoS.
