first time setup mutant hd51

Hello all just received my new box today from wos im going to be setting it up for first time i got twin cable tuners installed with latest openvix im new to this so any help would be much appreciated as i only had a sat box before that was basic (skybox f5s) :( so jumped in the deep end a bit here is there anything i should do first like back up the image?

your image will be basic like nothing on box and not much point in setting it up now and only done when all bells and whistles are setup:thumbsup:

Have you connected the wires correctly? There is a sticky in the guides.

yeah all leads connected i had to re flash openvix coz it said there was a problem so done that now scanning channels what do i need to put on the box? what is a sticky? new here? what guides?

Sticky = pinned/stuck thread. Same as on all forums
