Lcd4linux config

I can create my config and save it but how do I activate it? If I go to settings, user interface, frontscreen I can select a lcd skin I have downloaded but that is all. I want to use my own config file.

Thanks. I have tried uploading it through webif and restarting the GUI but the front display just shows the previous skin that was selected. Where is the LCD4 section? I can't seem to find one so would appreciate a link. TIA.
