Hi guys,

Having problems setting up cable for a friend...I cant scan from east london
under signal finder menu: what settings should I have "predefined transponder"
also im using the latest image

please can you have a look at the log

All you need to do is select your Net ID in the Providers section (ABM) and Start Scan. Best/easiest way to get your Net ID is from the official TiVo receiver.

You are meant to attach your debug log, not ABM log. We don't know what settings you have used.

Your NetID is likely to be 40985 or 41050.
