Major recode of plugin to Version 2.0:
No need for /www folders anymore
Hidden bouquets are now also hidden from Plex. (for example when hiding sections in ABM)
Channel list is always up to date, for example, if you send a new channel list to the box, plex will see the changes without any user intervention (from PlexDVRAPI plugin).
The data files are now stored in /etc/enigma2, so they can be easily backed-up/restored.
