Hi
Just bought an Edison Mini plus box
It already has OPENVIX in it, and ive always used it on my Vu solo2, so i intend to keep it.

However i believe its an older version, so I would like to upgrade it.
Downloaded latest version from download section. Downloaded instructions.

Tried to load via a USB and it wont display any message etc to press OK as in printout.

Is it me?

Tried 3 different USB sticks. Tried both USB slots.

What am i doing wrong?

Cheers

Use a REAR USB port.
Use a MAX 8GB USB stick.
Genuine Kingston preferred.
Format USB stick FAT32 using HPTOOL: http://www.world-of-satellite.com/showthread.php?45-HP-USB-Stick-Drive-Format-Tool

Fully read the flashing guide and make sure file structure is correct on USB stick.

Make sure you use the MINI+ image, not the MINI image: http://www.openvix.co.uk/index.php/downloads/edision-images/edision-os-mini-plus/

You can also try flashing using Image Manager
