hi please don't bite if its been asked before? my friend had an old VU+UNO he has bought a cable tuner what image should he flash to it now for cable to work?

ViX is still by far the best image out by a country mile. Having a cable tuner doesn't automatically give you access to all the virgin/cable channels only FTA (free to air channels) and you only get a small handful at that. He will need his Net ID for his area (can be found in the service section of a TiVo receiver). You can still use ABM (ViX's AutoBouquetsMaker) to get your Virgin/Cable Bouquets.
