Swapped my old Gigablue HD800SE old Vix 3.2.037 for Mut@nt HD1500 with latest Vix 5.0.017
Dish/motor untouched.

On GB I was getting SNR/AGC on some channels on 13E that I watch most ~ 85+/75+

Now Mut@nt shows 72/47 or on some even 80/2

BER =0

None of them breaks, so I wonder if the values are just wrong or could be the LNB going?

There should not be these values discrepancy on channels from same provider on same sat, right?

It's drivers, use as a guide only. I've never seen any e2 box give an accurate reading.

There will be variations between transponders. The strengths will vary, the beams will vary.

Thanks, as long as the channel does not break, I will ignore the numbers.
I can expect variations, but 75 to 2 is way too much to just attribute it to this

AGC is totally meaningless and should be ignored completely.
As commented, SNR depends on the receiver drivers and a couple of other parameters, whichmeans it can really be only used for tuning and not comparing different receivers
