How can I access my recordings? Can't seem to find them.

Does your remote control have a button marked "help"?

On other boxes pressing this button whilst watching TV brings up a picture of the remote and an associated menu detialing what each button does on a short press or a long press

Found it now. It was the blue button above the EPG. Thanks for your help.
