Trying to update

I have a genuine vu solo2...went to update it there to 5 0 016
And I noticed it said ubifs update on the box while flashing..never happened before

Next step was to select video input hdmi scart etc
My remote wont work to continue

Tried a few older versions and the same is happening
Any ideas to why this is happening
Done a quick search on Google and it mentioned cloned boxes
But mine is 100% genuine bought from w.o.s as I have all my boxes

If the remote wont work, it is probably set to different mode. Use the web interface remote to configure receiver.

that worked...then had to change settings under remote...many thanks
