Motorided dish problem

hi all,
i have a vu+plus duo and a motoriswd dish set up
the motor is setup to Usals
i have downloaded catseye E2 Settings and installed them, here were the problem starts, i can watch $ky sports on 28.2e for example, i then go to $ky italia in the favourites folder but the dish does not go to astra 13e when i select a bouquet... but if i go to the menu and use satfinder and look for 13e it finds it and locks on with no problems, i can then watch the chosen channel from the boquets in the favourites folder, if i then go back to the favourites folder and select $ky sports1 for example the dish does move back to 28.2e by just selecting the station.

my motor setup is correct for usals

any ideas what the problem is please.

Have you re-scanned after transferring the Cateye's settings?

You dont always have too, but I've found that sometimes you need to run a scan. Are any of the channels on 13deg working?

hi, if you have tried rescanning and still the same , make sure you reboot your box then check .
