Linux kernal has changed, cant update

I have kernal 4.10 and image 5.0.007 cant do a software update. Has the kernal been updated?
I think i have the space issue, so wanted to update the box.

Use image manager to download new image,
Flash new image using image manager ( this will create a settings backup automatically on 5.0 images)
After restart, restore the settings and plugins

That image manager is awesome! Never used it. Always done it manually using usb, and manually reconfigure the device. Which takes a couple of hrs. Thanks
