Why is my Duo2 not updating OpenVix and plugins?

Hi all

I am version 3.2 of openvix and when I try to update it, it says cannot be done and to contact support. Same message for plugins.

Also, the last time an update was done to OpenVix was Aug 2016.

Can someone please explain why it is not updating.

Development of the 3.2 image stopped a long time ago.

Download the latest image and flash/install it. You can do so using Image Manager or a USB flash drive.

Good idea to make an image backup first, just in case you want to restore it..

You will have to set everything up again.
