HI,
I haven't been able to update for some time from my vu solo2. Today I tried to telnet in and see if I could update from the command line.

The following is what appears.

root@vusolo2:~# opkg update

Box, and software is as follows:

Box
Brand: Vu+
Model: Solo²
Chipset: 7356
Frontprocessor Version: 0
Total Memory: 572524 kB
Free Memory: 488624 kB
Box Uptime: 0:36

Software
System OE: OE-Alliance 3.0
Distro: openvix
Firmware version: Hades.018
Driver date: 20150623
Kernel version: 3.13.5
Gui version: 2015-07-09

I have tried to reflash the box, but it doesn't seem to work either, so I'm stuck on this version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

Welcome to the forum. There are no more updates for that image.

You can download and then flash/install newest image using Image Manager. You will have to set things up again afterwards though.

If Image Manager cannot download for you, transfer the downloaded image (still zipped) to /media/hdd/imagebackups/

You will then be able to flash/install/restore it.
