Can anyone tell me how I download epg data in this image? I'm not sure how and my graphical multi epg is empty :-(

You could try manually installing the xmltv import plugin. Theres a guide on Rytec's website

I haven't installed it on a DM800, but used the same guide to installed on a Duo when it first came out.
