Hi my vu duo is three years old and I cannot update it the message I get is the feeds are down for maintenance can anyone please help me on this problem thank you

Depends how old the version of vix is you're using, sounds like you'll need to fresh flash (and probably no settings/plugins restore).

Install latets image. make sure you backup any important files first

5.0.013 is the latest ViX release. You will need a fat 32 formatted usb flash drive to be able to flash the receiver.
