M3U channels and e2 bouquets

Hi all. Quick question as the headliner states. I have an M3U file with streams that I would like to add to the standard free-to-view channels & bouquets created by AutobouquetsMaker, ABM. I've tested this with manual tool, esettings. But is there anything better or more standardised that I can use to mix the two channel sources?
