somthing wrong or im stupid HELP PLEASE

Hi newbie to this, I was bought a Miraclebox premium mini+hybrid

but icant setup anything nothing at all I don't even know which virgin media I do a scan and nothing comes up ive put the aerial in back of box managed to flash it to what ever the latest is don't know howto do soft cam anything I can just about do a terrestrial scan but when try dvb-c nothint so at 01:04 in ther morning still at it doing a dvb-t2 scan can someone please please show me how or email me pics step by step to set everything up and what download if needed I know this is a very big ask but will be eternaly greatfull. ive come over to cable from sat starting to wish I hadn't botherd but give it a go ather moment at 01:07 all ican do is a FTA scan please help thanks in advance

I am assuming when you are trying to scan for cable you are using the appropriate tuner in the tuner configuration setup? I.e. DVB-T/T2 -> Terrestrial & DVB-C -> Cable. Note it is not a Multi-Tuner, you need to set the tuner to DVB-C to be able to scan for Cable. Also I advise to leave the Net ID as all Zero's in the tuner configuration setup part. You will need to use/input your Net ID when you use ABM (AutoBouquetsMaker) in your Providers area. The Net ID can be found from the service menu from the official Virgin TiVo receiver or "Google" is your friend. No help will be given as regards setting up your Softcam, but you will find them in the ViX plugin feeds which can be found via Menu > Plugin >Green Button > Softcam. Please note this installs the Softcam, BUT you will need your own Config files. You will only get a handful of FTA channels on Virgin unless you have an official subscription and NO line talk/card sharing talk will be tolerated.
