problems with softcam manager

Hi everyone,i have duo+ vu box,have installed vix 1.3 image,when i try to install cccam2.1.4 the software manager,software setup screen is blank,when selecting the software setup screen get for split second beside the active,the words,wait please while scanning for softcams,touch any colour buttons on remote causing the green screen to appear for 10 second restart,i have done factory restart plus reloaded the image yet the problem is still there,can anyone help with this problem,tell me what do,many thanks in advance ..

If you installed your image yesterday it could be there was an issue with software update as our server for the feeds moved.

I would re-flash then do a software update, blue button > software management > software update. Once updated try installing your cam from the plugins feed.
